The ready-made Siccagno tomato sauce is obtained fromtomatoes grown organically in dry farming in thehills of the Nisseno hinterland. It is harvested manually in the summer period, once the optimal ripening conditions have been reached. The careful transformation of the tomato respects the properties of the raw material. The high concentration (above 8°Bx), the velvety consistency and the absence of any further ingredient (no added SUGAR), make this pass unique.
