ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES

This organically grown extra virgin olive oil stands out for its elegance, for the balance between bitter and spicy, its medium fruitiness and its low acidity. Ideal for dressing salads and fish. On the nose it opens with a broad aroma of ripe tomato and artichoke with delicate presences of bitter almond.
